Description

Rapidase® Sensation is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing polygalacturonase (pectinase) derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. Activity PSS (/mg.g): > 25000 AVJP/g. It is used in the beverage applications for aroma release from plant materials. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
