RESISTAMYL® 140 is a kosher and halal certified modified maize food starch, E1422. It is used in bakery and snacks, soups and sauces and dairy products. This starch provides medium viscosity, exhibiting medium shelf stability and medium resistance to breakdown during cooking. It is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
