Description

RESISTAMYL® 343 is a kosher and halal certified modified waxy maize food starch, E1422. It appears as a white to creamy- white fine powder with bland odour and taste. This starch provides medium viscosity, exhibiting medium shelf stability and high resistance to breakdown during cooking. It is used in soups and sauces and dairy products.
