Description

RESISTAMYL® 345 is is a kosher and halal certified modified waxy maize food starch. It appears as a white to creamy- white fine powder with bland odour and taste. This starch provides medium viscosity, exhibiting medium shelf stability and medium resistance to breakdown during cooking. It is used in soups and sauces, dairy products and fruit preparations. It is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
