VC Calcium Ascorbate regular is a white or yellowish fine granular powder. It consists of calcium ascorbate granulated with hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and tartaric acid. Recommended application(s): For the enrichment, standardazation of stabilization of dry food preparations and drinks; for the improvement of the baking qualities of flour; as an agent in dry mixes for curing meet. For solid and liquid multivitamin and mono-vitamin preparations.
