Description

DSM Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) can be used as a nutrient, dough conditioner, antioxidant or meat curing agent in dietary supplements, foods and beverages including infant nutrition. It can be used for the enrichment of liquid feed preparations; for the enrichment, standardization or stabilization of dry food preparations and drinks; for the improvement of the baking qualities of flour; as an agent in dry mixes for curing meat; and for solid and liquid multivitamin and monovitamin preparations.
