Viscarin® provides a smooth, clean mouthfeel with excellent flavor release. It increases control of viscosity, stabilization, and suspension, and allows for water binding. It also helps to maintain high moisture in applications. Recommended applications: dressings, sauces, and beverages (including non-dairy).
