VISCARIN® GP 23 is a propylene glycol alginate (PGA) composed of a highly esterified, low viscosity propylene glycol alginate (E405). It is an off-white powder manufactured from brown seaweeds. VISCARIN® GP 23 is designed for dressings, sauces, and beverages (including non-dairy). All purpose PGA, used as a stabilizer for foams and aerated products. Cold-soluble; does not require high shear. Used for emulsification, flow properties, and adding viscosity. Excellent for low pH system applications (i.e., dressings, sauces, acidified drinks, whipped icings, fillings, noodles). VISCARIN® GP 23 provides a smooth, clean mouthfeel with excellent flavor release. It increases control of viscosity, stabilization, and suspension, and allows for water binding. It also helps to maintain high moisture in applications. VISCARIN® GP 23 is GMO free. This product is available to you as it is authorised for sale in your registered country.
