VISCARIN® GP 35 is a propylene glycol alginate (PGA) composed of a highly esterified, medium viscosity propylene glycol alginate (E405). It is an off-white powder manufactured from brown seaweeds. VISCARIN® GP 35 is designed for dressings, sauces, and beverages (including non-dairy). Suitable for use in food preparations. VISCARIN® GP 35 provides a smooth, clean mouthfeel with excellent flavor release. It increases control of viscosity, stabilization, and suspension, and allows for water binding. It also helps to maintain high moisture in applications. VISCARIN® GP 35 is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified.
