Description

Vitamin D3 1.0 MIU/g is a clear, oily liquid, colourless to slightly yellowish. It consists of crystalline Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol (7-dehydrocholesterol from wool grease (lanolin) is used as starting material)) in medium chain triglycerides (from palm oil). dl-α-Tocopherol (by chemical synthesis) is added as an antioxidant. Recommended application(s): As nutrient in fat-based foods, especially margarine and dairy products; in food applications for infants and young children as well as in food supplements such as soft gel capsules.
