Description
EFFECTENZ® P 3000 is a granular alkaline protease created specifically for benefits in cold temperatures and shorter cycles of the wash. EFFECTENZ® P 3000 is based on ENZOGUARD® granulation technology of IFF that brings high storage stability and dissolution speed, excellent distribution properties and safety to work with. EFFECTENZ® P 3000 delivers strong cleaning power against protein-based stains including blood, cuff and collar stains, grass, milk and soymilk drinks, egg, minced meat, etc. Proteases find proteins as substrates and quickly hydrolyze the peptide bonds in (insoluble) proteins found in these stains. This effectively cuts the protein into soluble peptides and amino acids, which can then be removed by the wash liquor.
