Description

Alkyl hydroxyethyl dimethyl ammonium chloride. EMPIGEN HBC 40 is an aqueous solution hydroxyethyl laurdimonium chloride at circa 40% active. EMPIGEN HBC 40 can be utilised to offer various potential benefits. When used as a co-surfactant with an excess of anionic surfactant, the resulting complex can improve basic functions such as wetting and detergency. The cationic behaviour might also help to provide a conditioning effect.
