FF06AP-BRN-150-1000-30-N-SL is a self-adhesive tool release sheet ideally suited for medium temperature applications in the advanced materials industry. This PTFE coated glass fabric tool release sheet can be applied in one piece to flat or single curvature surfaces of molds and tooling. It also effectively butt joints on complex molds and tooling. FF06AP-BRN-150-1000-30-N-SL covers patterns prior to laying up composite molds, providing a durable, non-contaminating release. With a silicone adhesive : maximum of 260°C, it handles cure cycles without degradation and prevents materials from adhering to tools for easy demolding and reuse. This extends the lifetime of expensive molds and tooling.
