BORCHI KAT 22

Borchi Kat 22 accelerates the chemical reaction between polyol and isocyanate component of polyurethane coating systems, thus allowing optimal control of the drying properties, both during forced-drying and curing at room temperature.Borchi Kat 22 ensures fast blocking stability of polyurethane coatings. Moreover improves solvent resistance, increased film hardness and allows earlier sanding of the coating.Borchi Kat 22 can be used as a replacement for dibutyl tin dilaurate (DBTL), in many cases yielding better properties than DBTL catalysed systems. Use of this product often provides a prolonged pot life by unchanged drying times.
