DELVOCID 07015 is a liquid formulation of Natamycin (E235) derived from Streptomyces natalensis. It is used as a bio-preservative in food applications. DELVOCID 07015 contains 36000-44000 ppm of Natamycin (E235) and has a pH of 4.5 ± 0.5. It helps extend the shelf life of foods by preventing microbial spoilage. DELVOCID 07015 is Kosher and Halal approved. Its use allows food manufacturers to deliver fresher and safer products to consumers with a longer shelf life.
