AROPOL D 3630

AROPOL D 3630 is a high reactivity, thickenable unsaturated orthophtalic polyester resin with medium viscosity specially designed for closed mold applications and particularly use in SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) and BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) technologies. AROPOL D 3630 provides good pigmentable parts, Class A surfaces and zero shrink depending on the user's choice of low shrink additive. It is compatible with most popular LPAs (Low Profile Additives). AROPOL D 3630 is suitable for applications requiring high strength, stiffness and heat resistance. The product offers benefits like tensile strength of 55 MPa, tensile modulus of 3600 MPa and heat deflection temperature of 135 degree celsius making it well suited for demanding industrial applications.
