Elium® enables the user to obtain high performance composite products with all the benefits of thermoplastic matrix. Elium® can be recycled by two methods, mechanically or chemically, to produce new recycled composite parts. ELIUM® 591 is specifically formulated for processes that require long open time like pultrusion or winding with resin bath system and medium viscosity for best impregnation of the fiber. The polymerization can be triggered by temperature up to 115°C for maximum reactivity after impregnation. ELIUM® 591 is highly compatible with glass, carbon and natural fibers to facilitate wettability and to maximize the final performance of the composite parts. The final parts can be optionally post-cured to ensure maximum performance.
