LOXIOL G 10

LOXIOL G 10 is a partial fatty acid ester of glycerine used as an internal lubricant and processing aid in polymer formulations. LOXIOL® G 10 exhibits a range of beneficial properties and applications in both rigid and plasticized PVC. It serves as an internal lubricant with excellent compatibility, making it suitable for transparent applications. It enhances flowability and provides an anti-fog effect in PVC-P wrap films. Additionally, it ensures good pigment and filler dispersion, improving surface properties to achieve a high gloss without affecting the film's crease-whitening behavior. In PVC pastes, LOXIOL® G 10 offers excellent pigment dispersion and positively influences the deairation of the pastes. It also reduces viscosity, particularly at low shear rates. For rigid PVC processing, LOXIOL® G 10 is ideal for extrusion, while for flexible PVC processing, it is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding.
