NIKKOL DECAGLYN 1-M MB
Polyglyceryl fatty acid ester of plant origin. Nonionic surfactant: pH and salt-tolerant. Hydrophilic emulsifier: HLB = 14. Stabilize standard emulsions. Make O/Glycerine emulsions: transparent gels that turn into milks when rinsed-off with water. Particularly suitable for transformable textures. Cosmos approved.
