NIKKOL DECAGLYN 7-HS MB
Polyglyceryl fatty acid ester of plant origin. Nonionic surfactant: pH and salt-tolerant. Lipophilic W/O emulsifier: HLB = 5,9. Helps makes thermally stable W/O emulsions stable at high temperature, therefore enabling the formulations of sticks with high water content. Cosmos approved.
